Hi, I am Aniruddha Nath Pandit currently working as
Assistant Manager (Operations) in Spencer’s Retail
Limited (RPG Retail) after finishing 2 years PGDBM
course in EIILM (Batch 2003-2005). I am looking after
daily operations, carrying out Planning and
implementation of strategies in Spencer’s Stores.

I did my schooling at St. Xavier’s School, Kolkata
and completed my Graduation from St. Xavier’s
College, Kolkata. I won the Best Student Award
(St. Xavier’s School, 1996-1997 Batch) and MeritScholarship (IOC Sponsored) for Madhyamik and Higher Secondary Results. Twice I cracked CAT [98.47 Percentile in CAT-2003 and 98.97 in CAT-2004] and got selected at EIILM after clearing Group Discussion and Personal Interview Round. I chose EIILM as I found it as the best B-school in Kolkata to pursue management education. I did dual specialization in Marketing and Finance in PGDBM Course from EIILM. I completed my Summer Training Programme in Indian Oil Corporation and ITC Limited. I prepared and submitted a report on Comparative Analysis on Indian Oil and Reliance Retail outlets. Two Years that I spent at EIILM was a fabulous experience. I was placed as Executive in Spencer’s Retail Ltd. (RPG Retail) through placement division of EIILM and still continuing with the organization. I spend my leisure hours by reading, listening to Music and playing Cricket. My Father is working as Deputy Manager in Indian oil Corporation. I love to ride the “Crest” of every “wave” of success that comes in the “sea of life”.
