Apart from participation in regular routine bound theoretical classes students are encouraged to take part in different activities which are an integral part of the education process. It helps in development of cross-cultural experience for global sensitivity and bridge the gap between individuals. Many students feature interests and hobbies on their resumes for the sole purpose of demonstrating curiosity for life outside regular routine.

It caters to the needs of wannabe managers through various activities like seminars by eminent personalities, conducting workshops, organizing paper contests, national events, management games, etc. 

Participation in International Seminars present students with an opportunity to acquire a true picture of present day management issues and insight of current industry scenario. 

EIILM is focused on nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit among the leaders of the future generation. Towards fostering this spirit EIILM runs Entrepreneurship cell which organizes workshops and talks on entrepreneurship from time to time. To summarize students’ efforts, the cell itself is truly a classic example of Entrepreneurship at its best. 

EIILM provides specially designed soft skill training program for the students in order to improve their employability skills and to prepare them to face the interview boards more effectively.
