Placement Committee
& Procedure
EIILM constitutes its
Placement Committee comprising of Director, Dean – Academic,
Chairman – Placement, HOD – Placement & Corporate Relations,
Manager --Placement & Corporate Relations and Student
Representatives – three from each batch.
Students elect their representatives. Placement cell keeps in constant
touch with the students’ alumni to promote placement activities.
Placement Committee plans and
formulates strategies for the placement activities. It provides
necessary support and guidance to students for strengthening placement
activities and conducts reviews periodically.
It serves as a liaison with
the corporate world maintaining a strong relationship with the
industry.
Procedure
After the initial selections, pre-placement
discussions are arranged between students and organization
representatives. Interviews may be taken on campus or through EIILM’s
Campus At Your Place (CAYP) programme, by which arrangements are made
to send students to a venue of the organization’s choice. Direct
recruitment through this system is quality assured and cost efficient.
Management Development Programmes
The strong
academic & industry oriented faculty of EIILM has developed numerous
Management Development Programs on demands from many MNC & National
Companies.
