• He has done a number of national and international MDP’s as either the course director or a faculty. He conducted in-house training programs for TELCO, IOC, Indian Ordinance Factory Board, Hindustan Aeronautics, Godrej, ATI (Govt. of WB) imparting training to the probationary IAS, WBCS and other key Govt. officials and 20 WBPSU.
